Terms of Service

By booking a photography session or using the services provided by Jeanette Fellows Photography, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Jeanette Fellows Photography offers portrait photography services, including but not limited to individual portraits, family sessions, professional headshots, and more. Detailed descriptions of available services can be found on the Services page.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure your photography session, you must complete the booking process and provide necessary details. A non-refundable deposit is required based on the service selected. Payments can be made via Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle or Paypal.

The remaining balance must be paid by the day of the session.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation by Client: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me at jeanettefellows@yahoo.com at least 2 days in advance of the original schedule date to have the deposit applied to the rescheduled session. Cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Cancellation by Photographer: If I need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, I will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

4. Rights to Photos

The photographer retains full copyright of all images created during the session. The client is granted personal use of the images for personal, non-commercial purposes only, including printing, sharing on social media, and use in portfolios. The client may not sell or use the images for commercial purposes without the Photographer's written consent. The client agrees to give credit to Jeanette Fellows Photography when sharing images on social media.

5. Client Conduct

You agree to behave in a professional manner during your photography session. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund.

6. Deliverables

Image Delivery: Final edited images will be delivered to you within 21 days (3 weeks) after the session. Images will be made available via a direct download link.

7. Limitations of Liability

I am not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the photography session or in the use of my website. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the session or service in question.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

By using my services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in my Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10. Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of my services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
