Frequently Asked Questions

What types of photography sessions do you offer?

I specialize in:

  • Family Photo Sessions: Capture those beautiful family moments with a fun, relaxed photo session.

  • Senior Portraits: Celebrate this special milestone with custom senior photos that showcase your personality.

  • Pet Portraits: Your furry friend deserves to be immortalized in stunning portraits.

  • Headshots: Professional headshots for business, acting, or any personal branding needs.

How do I book a session?

Booking a session is easy! Simply visit the Contact Me page, choose your session type, and write a brief message describing what you’re looking for and a date that works for you.

How far in advance should I book my session?

I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons like the holidays and graduation time. However, if you have a last-minute request, feel free to reach out—I’ll do my best to accommodate you!

What should I wear to my session?

For family sessions, I suggest coordinating outfits rather than matching them exactly. Choose colors that complement each other, and avoid busy patterns that may distract from the subjects. Light, neutral colors look great in photos! For senior portraits and headshots, I recommend wearing something that reflects your style or profession.

What to Wear for Your Family Photo Session: A Seasonal Guide

Can I bring my pet to a family session?

Absolutely! I love including pets in family sessions, and they often make for some of the most memorable photos. Just let me know in advance so I can plan accordingly!

How long does the session take?

Each session typically lasts around 1 hour, allowing plenty of time to capture beautiful and authentic moments.

What if I need to reschedule?

I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. I'll be happy to find a new date that works for you.

How long will it take to receive my photos?

Please allow up to 3 weeks for editing, as I take the time to hand-select and perfect each image. Once your photos are ready, they will be delivered via WeTransfer for easy downloading and sharing.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my outdoor session?

Don’t worry! I keep a close eye on the forecast and will work with you to reschedule your session in case of inclement weather. Alternatively, we can switch to an indoor location if available.

What areas do you serve?

I primarily serve Northern Colorado (Berthoud, Eaton, Estes Park, Fort Collins, Greeley, Johnstown, Longmont, Loveland, Milliken, Severance, Timnath, Wellington, Windsor), but I’m happy to travel to nearby locations for a small travel fee. Please inquire about specific locations when booking.
